New campaign for Waterford, celebrates 70 years of Lismore


A legacy to behold

Few designs stand the test of time, and perhaps no crystal design is as iconic as Waterford’s Lismore cut. This year the iconic luxury brand’s illustrious pattern, celebrates its 70th anniversary. To mark the occasion we were commissioned to capture it’s heritage story and subsequent evolutions, in a contemporary context.

Taking a poetic yet authentic approach, we took it back to it’s origins - capturing all campaign content in the historic Irish castle that inspired the original design in 1952, Lismore Castle in County Waterford. CK worked with the brand to define a creative strategy which encourages reappraisal of crystalware by a new generation, whilst continuing to build Waterford’s legacy as a luxury brand. The result - an end-to-end omnichannel campaign that showcases the story of Lismore whilst heroing the elevated lifestyle the product has passed down throughout the generations.
